MEDA is a not for profit organisation dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights and interests of people with intellectual disabilities

HomeTom Francis2021-10-26T11:49:42+11:00

MEDA is still continuing to work to support people with intellectual disability during these challenging times. We may be practicing social distancing – but you can still telephone us on 9877 7990. The Royal Commission may have postponed public events – but we can still talk about supporting you to make a submission.

We are just a phone call away, so stay in touch, look after each other and stay safe.

MEDA acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land on which our office stands. We pay our respects to their Elders, past and present. We acknowledge the Stolen Generations and the historical and ongoing impact of colonisation on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We also recognise the resilience, strength and pride of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
